I already have hosting with another provider
If you already have domain hosting elsewhere and want to leave the hosting where it currently is, you will forfeit the other features that come with our hosting packages (the price doesn't change).
Is there a discount if I order only one feature of the package?
The current price of the promotion cannot be reduced further. This is one complete package offered. Whichever features are not used are forfeited.
Is there a discount if more than one package is ordered?
We don't offer a discount on multiple package orders however, we do offer reseller rate discounts. Resellers are offered an extended discount over and above the pricing when ten or more packages are ordered. Contact us on sales@weram.co.za if you feel you qualify.
Can I pay a portion upfront or make a deposit on ordering?
Unfortunately this is not possible. The package itself is already discounted by more than 80%. A full nonrefundable payment for the package is required upfront to proceed forward. Keeping in mind that we need to pay for services we offer upfront to you our valued client.
Do you have recent websites done with this package on preview?
Yes. There is a selection of live sites you can look at right now under View portfolio — everything from security and construction to physiotherapy and recruitment. A fuller list of past orders on this package is also available on request from our sales team on sales@weram.co.za.
How can I order and pay. What are your methods of payment?
We offer online payments (credit cards and a variety of other digital payments) including EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer - Internet Bank Payment). We do not accept cash, cheque and do not sell on credit terms.
Is this package on contract, what if I don't want to renew the services after one year?
You don't have to renew your package should it expire after one year. There are no monthly obligations or fees as well. Should you want to renew your services, you can pay for your renewal with no other obligation contractual renewal terms.
When will the special promotion end?
The promotion is not based on time but volume of packages we set out to sell. Once our quota for packages have been reached, the promotion will end. We will only continue to sell the package at the advertised rate to resellers.
Can I edit my own website?
The website is not done with a content management system (Joomla!, WordPress, Drupal, etc) as such, will require our technical team to make changes for you (for those without coding experience). We include 1x complimentary change per month on this plan (balance of unused changes are not carried over).
Can I sell products like an online shop?
Only the GenersysAi Premier option allows for this type of functionality.
What type of hosting comes with this package?
The hosting package allows you to have up to 10 000 (ten thousand) email accounts on your profile with up to 10 terabytes of traffic. After the first year, we will bill you a renewal of R950 ex VAT per year thereafter to renew all the services inside the package.
Who are you, and how do I check you are legitimate?
We are The Weram Group International, 1st Floor, 292 Surrey Ave, Ferndale, Randburg, 2194, South Africa. You can call us on 087 351 6984 between 8am and 4pm Monday to Friday, or email sales@weram.co.za. Our legal and compliance details, including our POPIA policy, are on the Weram website.
